Let's bring some cheer to those less fortunate...
It was announced this morning that the 3NT students will be collecting old toys to give away as presents to less fortunate children(Primary One to Four). A simple but heartfelt community project that I'm sure almost everyone can contribute to easily.
Do take this time, amidst your busy studying (or playing!) schedules to take a few minutes and look around your room or store room for toys and games that you no longer playwith. If they are still in presentable, working conditions then don't hesitate to bring them to school any time this week so that the toys can be wrapped and redistributed to less fortunate children this Children's Day!
A simple gesture that can go a long way to make someone smile...

just discovered this link...
2008 GCE O-Level Exam Syllabus for School Candidates
So, I guess you can roughly guess from this page, what you have learnt so far. Maybe you can use this to help you recall exactly what topics are coming up fpr final year... (of course not the entire O-Level syllabus...)
[if the topics are not familiar, then probably they're not in this year's FYE]...
have fun studying for FYE!
[ya right... fun? more like 'propaganda'...]

Just a friendly reminder...
By hook or by crook,
your 'O' Level School-Based Science Practical Assessment for Chemistry [5066: Chemistry w/ SPA] is ever-nearing...
so book from your schoolmates, shop on eBay, get your dad to pass you one, but whatever you do...
whatever you do...
Remember your GOGGLES...
yet another daily reminder for goggles brought to you by me. [my name is stated below]

1. We have one spammer who has access to 2 internet connections: Starhub, and SingNet.
2. We have 2 different spammers.... one on starhub, the other on singnet.
Anyway, I have banned a RANGE of IPs so the spammer will not be able to tag except on another computer...
so, if you are using Singnet, and if you have an IP address like:
121.6.xxx.xxx, where x is any number...
then my apologies for blocking you, but the ban on the IPs are permanent, so just ask me to tag for you.
Spammers suck [lollipops].

Next week (Monday, 17 Sep 2007)... there will be a River cleaning CIP session organized by the school.
For those of you who didn't go for the other CIP sessions, specifically "The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund Street Sale" and "The Yellow Ribbon Project", this is COMPULSORY for u guys! NO EXCUSES!
too bad for u guys if u don't like it... given u guys a chance to choose already but u guys couldn't be bothered....
[err matt, we did try to go... but some of us really can't make it for the yellow ribbon project, and remember, the ST Sch Pocket Money fund guy was absent due to dengue... for some of us, it's really no choice... don't make it sound so negative... and sorry i edited your post, matt...]
The CIP will be held after school.... for more details (e.g.: how long will it be, what time and where to meet...) i will have to update u guys later on that...

[that proves how few spammers i've seen so far...]
Dear Spammer who tagged under the name of "arvindH" and ":"> "with the IP address 188.8.131.52, a StarHub MaxOnline customer probably living around Potong Pasir, MacPherson, Serangoon, or Toa Payoh,
Please be mindful of who you are spoofing yourself as next time. I am not a retard. And I know I can publish this IP because you, spammer, don't use a static IP [you use starhub, so do I. That's how I know].
The dumbest thing you can do is to post as some guy who is definitely not able to access a computer at a certain point in time because they are overseas or in a camp...
And by the way, Spammer, you did that.
I mock you, because you are the dumbest spammer I've noticed... so far...
Probably heard of this before: "Think before you speak"...
Well, next time, think before you ACT.
ronaldLIONG| I mock dumb spammers
P.S.: our tagboard acts as the stat counter for this blog... and we've reached 933 views so far!!! w00t!
P.S.S.: 3sb, your blog started earlier, so of course our view number should be lower

Before I start, I must say how stupid spammers are getting... I say that because I am an experienced spam analyzer.
The person who posted as "arvindH" is not Arvindh Rai.
How do I know?
Don't need to look at the IP address...
Look at the date.
On the day the spammer tagged, Arvindh was stuck in school for Prefects' Initiation CAMP...
And I'm sure the school does not use MaxOnline, because I notice the IP address is very similar to my IP address for the first 2 parts. (i.e.: xxx.xxx.yyy.yyy, where the x-es are the parts which are identical to my IP)
So, please do ont blame Arvindh...
I'll stick around to find out who arvindH is...
Meanwhile, read [fake] Steve Jobs' Blog!
